If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FloLoyal, Marcuit, its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
