To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
