FloLoyal is a subscription-based platform with optional usage-based features. We use a pay-as-you-go charges based on platform actual usage.
SMS messages are billed at approximately $0.02 per message (varies by length/carrier).
AI usage is billed per action, typically around $0.01 per response (text vs image may vary)
Email sending is billed at approximately $0.0068 per email.
Rates are approximate and may vary slightly based on message length, carrier fees, AI model usage, or third-party provider costs. Exact charges are always visible in your dashboard.
SMS & Messaging Costs
Text Messages (SMS): About $0.02 per message (160 characters or less)
Messages with Images (MMS): Up to $0.05 per message*
Emojis: Emojis count as special characters and can slightly increase usage for longer messages*
Most Businesses spend under $30 per month on messaging.*
AI Usage
AI review responses: Approximately $0.0105 per response
AI actions: Usage varies based on activity and configuration
These features are optional and only incur charges when used.
Domain & Website Charges: If you choose to connect or purchase a custom domain through FloLoyal & Billed annually, based on the domain extension (.com, .org, etc.) Domain costs are passed through at standard registrar rates. You’ll see all domain-related charges clearly listed in your account.
